Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer
Steve Rendle is Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer of VF Corporation. He has more than 30 years of experience in the specialty outdoor and action sports industry, 16 of which have been with VF.
Rendle was appointed CEO in January 2017 and then Chairman of VF’s Board of Directors in October 2017. Prior to being named CEO, he was President & Chief Operating Officer, overseeing all of VF's business coalitions worldwide: Outdoor & Action Sports, Jeanswear, Imagewear and Sportswear. He was also responsible for VF's global Supply Chain and Direct-to-Consumer platforms.
Prior to becoming President & COO, he was Senior Vice President, Americas, with responsibility for driving the strategies to support VF's continued growth in its Americas-based businesses. Previously, Rendle spent three years as Vice President, VF Corporation and Group President, Outdoor & Action Sports Americas, leading VF's Outdoor and Action Sports Americas businesses in North and South America.
Rendle also served as President of VF's Outdoor Americas coalition, where he oversaw The North Face®, JanSport®, Eagle Creek® and lucy® brands, as well as business development for the coalition. From 2004 to 2011, he served as President of The North Face®.
Rendle began his VF career with The North Face® in 1999 and shortly afterward was promoted to Vice President of Sales, where he worked to reshape the business' sales organization, product and marketing strategies, and go-to-market model. Before joining The North Face®, Rendle held leading sales management roles at Youngone Corporation and at W.L. Gore and Associates.
Rendle serves on the Board of Directors of the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) as well as the Board of Directors of Advanced Functional Fabrics of America, Inc. (AFFOA), an organization working to enable a manufacturing-based approach to transforming traditional fibers, yarns, and fabrics into highly sophisticated, integrated, and networked devices and systems. He is a founding board member of the Outdoor Industry's Outdoor Foundation. He has also served in an advisory capacity to Bainbridge Graduate Institute and provided insight into its creation of an M.B.A. program concentration focused on sustainability. Rendle was honored with The Mountain Institute's annual Exemplary Corporate Stewardship of Mountains award in 2007.
He earned a B.S. degree in Kinesiology from the University of Washington.
Scott A. Roe
Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, VF Corporation
Scott A. Roe is the Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of VF Corporation (NYSE: VFC), a global leader in branded lifestyle apparel, footwear and accessories. As a principal architect of the company’s financial and operational strategy for delivering sustainable, profitable growth for its shareholders he oversees: finance, accounting, investor relations, mergers & acquisitions, treasury, global business technology, corporate communications, sustainability & responsibility and corporate aviation.
Prior to his appointment to CFO in 2015, Roe served as the company’s Vice President, Controller & Chief Accounting Officer for two years following his tenure as Vice President of Finance where provided financial leadership for VF’s Jeanswear and Imagewear coalitions. From 2006 to 2012, he served as CFO of VF’s international business with financial oversight for the company’s European and Asian operations during a period of significant growth – nearly tripling its revenues. During this period, he also played central roles in VF’s largest acquisition (the Timberland® brand) and divestiture (VF Intimates).
Prior to joining VF in 1996 as an Audit Manager, Roe was Division Controller at Alumax Inc. (now part of Alcoa) and held several roles with Blue Circle Inc. after beginning his career with Ernst & Young. He received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Tennessee.
Group President, Asia-Pacific Region (APAC)
Kevin Bailey is Group President of VF’s APAC Region. In this role, Bailey is responsible for leading VF’s APAC Regional Platform, which includes the ongoing development and management of capabilities that enable the success of all VF brands operating in the region.
Bailey is also responsible for the Global Vans® brand and its activities in all regions around the world, in addition to advancing key components of VF’s 2021 Global Business Strategy.
Bailey has more than 25 years of brand leadership and retail experience, 13 of which have been with VF.Prior to his current role, Bailey served as President of VF’s Action Sports and Outdoor/Action Sports, Canada, Mexico and Central/South America businesses, and he held responsibility for the Vans®, Eagle Creek® and Reef® brands. He previously served as President of Vans® from 2009 – 2016, during which time revenue for the brand more than doubled to $2.2 billion. Bailey started his VF career at Vans® as Vice President of Retail, a role he was in when Vans® was acquired by VF in 2004.
He has held a number of leadership roles throughout his career. Bailey was Executive Vice President of Lucky Brand, a division of Fifth & Pacific, and served as Director of Retail Operations for Nike, where he was responsible for overseeing Niketowns and Factory Outlets. Earlier in his career, Bailey held various retail operations and marketing roles with Early Learning Centers, Banana Republic and American Eagle Outfitters.
Bailey attended the University of Vermont and Rutgers University.
Group President, Americas West
Scott Baxter is Group President, Americas West, for VF Corporation. In this role, he leads VF’s brands residing primarily in the Western portion of the Americas and is responsible for the ongoing development and management of capabilities that enable the success of all VF brands operating in the region, with specific oversight of the Canada, Mexico and Central and South America (CASA) Regional Platforms.
Baxter is also responsible for the Global The North Face®, Smartwool® and Reef® brands and their activities in all regions around the world, in addition to advancing key components of VF’s 2021 Global Business Strategy.
Before being appointed to his current position, Baxter was Group President, Outdoor & Action Sports, Americas. He previously served as Vice President, VF Corporation & Group President, Jeanswear, Imagewear and South America.
Baxter joined VF in 2007 as the President of the Licensed Sports Group. In 2008, he was named Coalition President for the Imagewear coalition, comprised of both the Image division and the Licensed Sports Group division. He came to VF with more than 20 years of global experience in operations, marketing, merchandising, sales and manufacturing.
Prior to joining VF, Baxter served as Senior Vice President of The Home Depot Company, leading the Services Division. He also previously served as Executive Vice President of Edward Don & Company and held a series of leadership roles with Nestle and PepsiCo.
Baxter holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Group President, Americas East
Curt Holtz is Group President, Americas, East, for VF Corporation. In this role, he leads VF’s Jeanswear (Lee®, Wrangler®) and Workwear (Bulwark®, Dickies®, Horace Small®, Kodiak®, Red Kap®, Terra®, Walls®, Workrite®) brands residing primarily in the Eastern portion of the Americas Regional Platform, and is responsible for the ongoing development and management of capabilities that enable the success of all VF brands operating in the region.
Holtz is also responsible for the Global Wrangler® and Dickies® brands and their activities in all regions around the world, in addition to advancing key components of VF’s 2021 Global Business Strategy.
Prior to this appointment, Mr. Holtz was President,Workwear, Jeans and Sportswear Brands. He previously served asPresident of VF’s Image Apparel business and its Licensed Sports Group (LSG) brands. VF divested its LSG business in early 2017.
He has more than 30 years of apparel industry experience spanning finance, operations, manufacturing and sourcing, product development, and brand management.
Mr. Holtz joined VF in 1990 with the Lee® brand. He then moved to VF’s Intimates business in 1993 where he held a series of leadership positions, eventually becoming President of VF’s Global Intimates business in 2005. He led the organization through a period of transformational change, including its 2007 divestiture by VF to Fruit of the Loom, a division of Berkshire Hathaway. Holtz rejoined VF in 2010 and quickly moved on to serve as Chief Financial Officer of VF’s International business.
Holtz has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Martino Scabbia Guerrini
Group President, Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA)
Martino Scabbia Guerrini is Group President, VF Corporation, Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA).
In this role, he is responsible for all of VF’s businesses in the region including the The North Face®, Vans®, Wrangler®, and Lee®, brands, and for the Timberland®, Napapijri®, Kipling®, Eastpak® and Icebreaker® business at a global level.
Scabbia Guerrini has nearly 30 years of experience in the lifestyle apparel and fashion industries. His VF career began in 2006 when he joined the company as President of the Sportswear coalition in EMEA, overseeing the Napapijri®,Kipling® and Nautica® brands. Over time he expanded the scope of his responsibilities, adding oversight of the Eastpak® brand in 2008, 7 for All Mankind in 2009, and the Lee® and Wrangler® brands in 2013, He was also responsible for the VF’s Sportswear, Jeanswear and Contemporary brands in the EMEA region until April 2017 when he was appointed President, VF Corporation, EMEA.
Prior to VF, Scabbia Guerrini was Board Advisor at Opera SA Equity Fund and for many years he held a number of executive-level roles at Tod’s Group and Stone Island. He began his career at Virgin Group.
Scabbia Guerrini holds a degree in Economics and Political Science from the Cattolica University, Milan, Italy, with a specific Bachelor in Marketing.
Committed to mentoring and teaching younger generations, for the last 10 years he has given lectures in Master programs at Domus Academy Milan (Fashion), Politecnico University Milan (Industrial Design) and Luiss University Rome (Economics).
Chief Digital Officer
Carboni is Chief Digital Officer for VF Corporation. In this role, Carboni is responsible for the integration of world-class digital capabilities across all aspects of the company’s business, including VF, its brands and functions globally. In addition, she leads the company’s digital strategies to create meaningful connections and experiences for consumers and drive growth across all consumer touch points. Carboni also oversees VF’s analytics function.
Carboni joined VF in early 2018, following a 24-year career at Fidelity Investments where she held a series of leadership roles. Carboni most recently served as Senior Vice President, Mobile and Emerging Platforms for the company’s Personal Investing/Retail Division, where she oversaw the strategy and development of mobile apps for smartphones, tablets, wearables and emerging platforms, among others, and helped lead the company’s Mobile First digital experience. With a keen focus on innovation, Carboni helped identify and address new digital trends by creating scalable, customer-centric experiences and capabilities for new platforms.
Previously Carboni was Vice President, Mobile, at Fidelity where she led all facets of mobile product development and expanded the company’s mobile program offerings, including building a mobile program for the company’s retail division. From 1993- 2006, she also held positions in product management, finance and business analysis during her tenure with Fidelity.
She began her career with Bull HN Information Systems, Inc., in 1992.
Carboni has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northeastern University and an MBA from Boston University.
Scott A. Deitz
Vice President, Public Affairs
Scott leads the public affairs and corporate relations functions at VF Corporation in Greensboro, North Carolina, USA. He has been with VF since 2013.
His global responsibilities include overseeing the Corporate Communications, Sustainability & Responsibility teams and helping to establish and maintain productive relationships with government representatives, public policy makers and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). He also manages the VF Foundation, the company’s charitable arm which has donated more than $20 million to worthy causes. Scott frequently advises VF leaders and members of the management team on topics of related business importance.
Prior to joining VF, Scott was Senior Vice President and Partner at global business consultancy FleishmanHillard. There he provided global clients with counsel on topics including: issues management, investor relations, financial communication, crisis management and communication, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, public stock offerings, and investor activism. He was on the global Sustainability Practice Group team and led the firm’s global Manufacturing and Industrials Practice Group.
Scott holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in the U.S. He has studied business at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management in Chicago and multi-cultural business at Sweden’s Krauthammer International. Scott has also served as an adjunct professor of public relations at a U.S.-based university. He is a frequent speaker in professional settings.
Thomas A. Glaser
Vice President, VF Corporation & President - Supply Chain
Mr. Thomas Glaser is Vice President, VF Corporation & President, Supply Chain. His responsibilities include the oversight of all of VF's global manufacturing, sourcing and operations.
Mr. Glaser joined VF in 2001 as Managing Director, VF Asia Ltd Sourcing in Hong Kong, where he played a key role in further diversifying and expanding VF's global sourcing network in support of the company's growing portfolio of brands. In 2006, Mr. Glaser was named President, Supply Chain, Europe/Asia and relocated to Lugano, Switzerland. In 2010, he was promoted to Vice President, Global Operations, a role that he held until being appointed to his current position in January 2012.
Prior to joining VF, Mr. Glaser served as Vice President of Sourcing and Operations for various brands of Phillips-Van Heusen (PVH). He began his career at PVH, where he held sales and sourcing management positions within the company's North America and Asia divisions.
Mr. Glaser holds a bachelor’s degree in government and economics from Franklin & Marshall College.
Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer
Ms. Anita Graham is Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer of VF Corporation. She joined VF in January 2014 and is responsible for leading all aspects of human resources across the corporation globally, including developing integrated programs to support the company's strategy, business plans and objectives.
Previously, Ms. Graham served as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources and Administration Officer at ADT Corporation, where she led the HR, EHS and Corporate Communications functions. Prior to that, Ms. Graham was Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer at Shire plc, an industry leader among worldwide specialty biopharmaceutical companies.
Ms. Graham holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and an MBA in finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
Vice President & Chief Information Officer
Sandra Harris is Vice President & Chief Information Officer for VF Corporation. She is responsible for VF’s Global Business Technology organization, which develops and executes strategies to integrate and align technology with VF's business objectives, and enables global workforce connectivity and productivity.
Harris, an eight-year veteran of VF, has deep and diverse finance and business experience. She previously served as Vice President of VF’s Global Business Technology organization. Prior to that, she was Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Global Supply Chain, Shared Services, and Direct-to-Consumer.
Harris joined VF after 11 years in the construction products industry, notably with Wilsonart International where she was responsible for the Information Technology organization and held various leadership roles within finance and accounting. She began her career in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche.
She earned her undergraduate degree in accounting from Clemson University. She also received her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designations.
Laura C. Meagher
Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary
Ms. Laura Meagher is Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary of VF Corporation. She holds overall responsibility for VF's legal function, including compliance with securities laws, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law and corporate governance, and intellectual property law and litigation. Ms. Meagher joined VF in 2004 as Assistant General Counsel.
Ms. Meagher has been practicing corporate law for more than 20 years. Prior to being named to her current position in May 2012, she served as VF's Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, where she provided expertise on securities laws, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters, as well as providing legal oversight for VF's Outdoor & Action Sports and Contemporary Brands coalitions. Ms. Meagher also served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Allen Telecom Inc. She began her career at Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff in Cleveland, Ohio, where she served as an attorney specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and commercial lending.
Ms. Meagher received her bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis and her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University, where she graduated magna cum laude. She was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1989 and the North Carolina Bar in 2005.
Vice President, Strategic Projects
Steve Murray is Vice President, Strategic Projects, VF Corporation. In this role, Murray partners with VF’s Senior Leadership Team and Brand Presidents to drive and deliver integrated strategic projects across brands, functions and the enterprise.
Prior to his current role, Murray served as President of the Vans® brand following VF’s acquisition of the brand in 2004, during which time many of the Vans® foundational strategies were established and annual revenue for the brand tripled to approximately $1 billion. In 2009, Murray was appointed President of VF’s Action Sports coalition, where he was responsible for overseeing the Vans®, Reef® and Pro-Tec® brands.
A British citizen, Murray left VF in 2010, moving back to his native UK, before re-joining the company in April 2018.
Murray has more than 30 years of experience in the apparel and footwear industry. He has held a number of leadership roles with iconic youth brands. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Airwair International (Dr. Martens) and was responsible for leading the company’s transformation from a manufacturing-led, family owned entity to a consumer-focused, private equity-backed, global retailer.
He also served as Global Brand President, Urban Outfitters, and EMEA President for Deckers Brands. Earlier in his career, Murray was the Global Head of Apparel for Reebok International.
Murray holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from Middlesex University, England.
Vice President, Corporate Strategy
David Wagner is Vice President, Corporate Strategy. In this role, he is responsible for leading the company’s strategy and consumer insights functions, including guiding activation of VF’s long-term global business strategy and shepherding VF’s strategic planning processes. Wagner and his team work closely with VF's business unit leaders and Senior Leadership Team to activate new consumer and market insights, and to ensure progress against VF’s strategic objectives.
Prior to this role, Wagner served as Vice President, Strategy and Integrated Planning from 2013 to 2017. From 2010 to 2014, he was Vice President of Strategy for VF International in the company’s Lugano, Switzerland, office. In Europe, he established the strategy and insights functions for VF EMEA and supported the development of VF’s Asia strategy capability. Wagner has been with the company since 2006 in a variety of strategy positions with increasing responsibilities.
Prior to joining VF, Wagner worked in private equity for Banc of America Capital Investors and as a consultant for McKinsey & Co.
He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with Highest Distinction, and a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School.
